JEE Main 2022 session 1 exam will be held from April 21 to May 4. With only a month left for the exam, students are in the final phase of their JEE Main exam preparation and revision. The last 20-30 days time period before the exam is very crucial in terms of preparation as it paves the way to success. It is also the time when most students face anxiety about their performance in the exam. But, students who overcome all the odds and prepared well in the last month manages to get a good percentile score.

During the last month, students are advised to focus on improving their problem solving skills, time management, revision, solving previous year papers and mock test papers. Experts and previous year toppers suggest that the last one month should be used to clear all the basic concepts from every subject and give special emphasis to topics that are asked more frequently every year. Clear basic concepts: Exams like JEE Main measure the analytical aptitude of students in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects. Questions are formulated such that students need a basic understanding of concepts and problem solving skills. It is therefore strongly recommended that students learn the basic concepts of each topic in every subject.

Cover entire syllabus: It is very important that students cover the entire JEE Main syllabus and do not leave any topic from any subject.

Revise daily: Revision is equally important to study. Every topic you study should be revised in a definite time interval. Students can also make short notes of all important topics and revise them regularly.

Solve previous year papers: Previous year question papers are very important sources of information like difficulty level of questions, subject wise weightage and overall paper structure. Solving previous year papers will help students know their preparation level.

Practice mock tests: Solving mock tests will help students evaluate their preparation for the exam, their strong and weak areas as well as time management. Students can practice mock tests online from the NTA website which are available free of cost and are of the same difficulty level as the real exam.

JEE Main application form 2022 is open for the session 1 exam up to March 31. Candidates can fill the application form online from the JEE Main official website jeemain.nta.nic.in. Application forms for the session 2 exams will open on April 8. Candidates who will register for JEE Main 2022 within the specified dates will be issued a hall ticket to appear in the exam.
