AIBE 17 result expected to be out anytime now; Check here

AIBE results 2023 will be declared anytime now along with a final answer key. Candidates can check here latest status for AIBE 17 result by BCI or on the official website - allindiabarexamination.com. 

The Bar Council of India will declare AIBE results 2023 anytime in the first week of March 2023. The answer key objection window for AIBE 17 was closed on February 20 around 11:59 pm, and the exam authority will publish results after reviewing all the objections recieved on the preliminary answer key. Moreover, BCI will also be publishing a final answer key with changes as required (after reviewing objections). The state bar councils are releasing notifications for candidates who will be passing AIBE 17, so that they can obtain Certificate of Practice well in time. However, as AIBE results are yet to be announced, candidates cannot submit declaration form in advance. Only qualified candidates will be able to obtain COP from state bar councils to continue practising at the courts of law in India. 

BCI has not updated the official website - https://allindiabarexamination.com/ with any latest information regarding AIBE 17 result declaration yet. However, it notified candidates in FAQs document that, "You are requested to check your result after XXth February 2023 5 pm." This indicated that the results will be announced in the last week of February 2023. But, as the results are not out yet, it is now expected in the first week of March 2023.

Before declaring AIBE 17 results, BCI will also correct details of all candidates so that the scorecard/ result mentions correct information only. 

Candidates should note that AIBE 17 result will only mention Pass or Fail as the qualifying status, and not the marks scored by the candidates, as it is just a qualifying examination. Therefore, those who will secure 40% of total score (finally evaluated) will be considered Pass for AIBE. Those belonging to SC/ ST/ PWD categories need to obtain 35% of total score to be considered qualified. Once the results are out, candidates will be issued COPs by their state bar councils.
