AIBE 18 exam will be held on October 29, 2023. Candidates looking forward to appearing for AIBE (18) XVIII Exam 2023 must start preparing for the exam now as per the AIBE 18 (XVIII) Syllabus 2023. Read further to know more about AIBE Syllabus.

The Bar Council of India (BCI) will be conducting the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) 18th session on October 29, 2023. The bar examination is conducted for assessing the legal skills of young lawyers (who graduated after 2009-2010). The question paper of AIBE 18 will carry 100 MCQs based on various law subjects. Candidates appearing for AIBE 18 (XVIII) 2023-24 have to attempt maximum questions in order to obtain qualifying marks i.e. 40 per cent in case of OBC/ General categories and 35 per cent in case of SC/ST/PWD categories. For this, they must focus on highest scoring topics from AIBE Syllabus. The law topics from AIBE 2024 syllabus with highest weightage are - Constitutional Law, Civil Procedure Code, and Criminal Procedural Code with 10 marks each, and IPC, Contracts Law, Family Law, Evidence Act with 8 marks. There will also be 5 marks questions based on Torts, MVA and Consumer Protection Act in the question paper.

The BCI will release the updated AIBE 18 (XVIII) Syllabus 2023 anytime soon. The question paper of AIBE is based on 19 law subjects that candidates must have studied during their law degree. Therefore, it is easier for a candidate to cover the syllabus and prepare for AIBE 18 (XVIII) exam 2023.
