The registration process for the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) 18 (XVIII) Exam will begin on August 16, 2023. Along with the AIBE 18 Registration 2023-24, the Bar Council of India (BCI) has also released the official AIBE 18 (XVIII) exam date 2024 notification. AIBE 18 Exam Date 2024 is October 29, 2023.

AIBE 18 (XVIII) Exam Date 2024: The registration process for the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) 18 (XVIII) Exam will begin on August 16, 2023. Along with the AIBE 18 Registration 2023-24, the Bar Council of India (BCI) has also released the official AIBE 18 (XVIII) exam date 2024 notification. AIBE 18 Exam Date 2024 is October 29, 2023. Candidates looking forward to appear in the AIBE 18 Exam 2024 must note that the last date to submit the AIBE XVIII Application Form 2024 is on or before September 30, 2023. The AIBE 18 (XVIII) registration form 2023 will be released on the official website at allindiabarexamination.com. Candidates must note that All India Bar Council Exam Syllabus will be released soon.

Candidates must note that once the registration for the All India Bar Council Examination (AIBE) XVIII will begin, they can visit the official website to apply. AIBE 18 (XVIII) Exam 2024 will be conducted in pen-and-paper mode in AIBE 18 (XVIII) 2024 test centres in 50 cities across the country. Candidates will be allowed to choose from three exam centers as per their choice. The AIBE 18 (question paper 2023 will be including 100 multiple-choice questions.  AIBE 18 syllabus 2023-24 will be prescribed by BCI. The exam will be held for law graduates to get the Certificate of Practice (CoP) to practice law.

AIBE 18 (XVIII) 2024: Eligibility criteria

Candidates must check the eligibility criteria before applying for AIBE 18 (XVIII) Exam 2024:

  • A graduate degree in law (3-year LLB and 5-year LLB) from a university recognised by the Bar Council of India
  • There is no age limit for appearing in the AIBE exam 2024
  • Law graduates should have a valid enrollment certificate. They are required to qualify for the AIBE exam within two years of enrollment at any of the state bar councils.
