AIBE 19 Application Process 2024: The Bar Council of India (BCI) has begun the AIBE 19 Registration process 2024 for candidates who do not have an enrollment certificate, and are in the final semester of a 3-year or 5-year integrated LL.B. degree course. Earlier, the BCI had released the AIBE 19 Application Form 2024, however, it did not allow these candidates to appear. The BCI in its notification restricted the final year students from appearing in AIBE Exam 2024.
But, later the Apex Court passed the interim order while hearing a plea challenging the AIBE 19 Eligibility Criteria 2024 announced along with the AIBE 19 Notification 2024. Now, the final year students can apply for AIBE 19 Exam. The last date to fill AIBE 19 (XIX) Application Form is October 24, 2024. Candidates must note that the AIBE Application Process 2024 is completely online and no offline forms will be accepted.
AIBE 19 Registration 2024: How to fill AIBE 19 (XIX) Application Form 2024-25?
Candidates can follow the simple steps given below to fill AIBE 19 (XIX) Application Form 2024:
- Go to the official website of AIBE; allindiabarexamination.com
- Click on the register link displayed on the screen
- Enter all the required details such as enrollment state, enrollment number, name, mobile number, etc.
- Enter your personal details like candidate's name, gender, father's name and others
- Choose the language in which you wish to appear for the AIBE 19 Exam
- Submit the application form
- You will receive the registration ID and password on your email id and phone number
- Relogin and submit the AIBE XIX (19) application fee 2024-25

Q: Can I change language of AIBE Exam I want to appear in after submitting application form?
No. One cant change the AIBE Exam language once the application form has been submitted. Candidates have to choose options of language they want to appear in while applying for the exam. The exam language option is filled during the final registration for AIBE. Candidates can declare option as per their convenience.
Q: What is the application fee for the form for AIBE 2024?
As per the application process of AIBE 2024, the application fee to be paid for General/ OBC category candidates is INR 3,500. However, candidates belonging to SC/ ST (including PWD candidates of the categories) have to pay INR 2,500 only as they are given concession. Candidates must note that if they are under PWD category, as well as General/ OBC category, then they will be allowed to claim concession only if they provide the proof of Physical Disability (40% or more).
If they failed to provide a Certificate of belonging to PwD category, then they have to pay the application fee INR 3,500 as applicable for General/ OBC category. Note: Since, the application fee for AIBE exam is to be paid in online mode, the bank will apply charges in addition to the applicable fee as processing charges. It completely depends on the mode of payment, and the charges may range from INR 60 to 150, which will be confirmed at the time of final payment process only.
Q: Can I change the exam centre once the application process gets over for AIBE exam?
No. One cant change the AIBE Exam centre once the application form is submitted online. Candidates have to choose options of exam centre while applying for the exam. The exam centre option is filled during the final registration for AIBE. Candidates can declare maximum 3 options for exam centre. AIBE will let candidates know about name and address of exam centre through the admit card. The admit card for AIBE has to be carried to the exam centre else candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination hall.
