AIBE 19 Exam 2024: The Bar Council of India (BCI) has released an important notification. As per the AIBE 19 Notification 2024, all those candidates who do not have an enrollment certificate, and are in the final semester of 3-year or 5-year integrated LL.B. degree course can appear for the AIBE 19 (XIX) Exam 2024. The AIBE 19 Application Process 2024 is currently underway. However, for such students, the registration process is to begin from September 25, 2024. The last date to fill AIBE 19 Application 2024 will remain the same. Candidates can do AIBE 19 (XIX) Registration on or before October 25, 2024.

"Dear Candidates, In light of the recent direction issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, candidates who do not possess enrollment certificates, as well as those currently in their final semester of a 3-year or 5-year integrated LL.B. degree course with no backlogs from previous semesters, are now allowed to appear for the upcoming All India Bar Examination. Such candidates can register for AIBE-XIX starting from 25th September 2024. They will need to submit the following undertaking (with self-attested, scanned adequate documentation)," the official notification stated.
AIBE 19 Registration 2024: How to fill AIBE 19 (XIX) Application Form 2024-25?
Candidates can follow the simple steps given below to fill AIBE 19 (XIX) Application Form 2024:
- Go to the official website of AIBE; allindiabarexamination.com
- Click on the register link displayed on the screen
- Enter all the required details such as enrollment state, enrollment number, name, mobile number, etc.
- Enter your personal details like candidate's name, gender, father's name and others
- Choose the language in which you wish to appear for the AIBE 19 Exam
- Submit the application form
- You will receive the registration ID and password on your email id and phone number
- Relogin and submit the AIBE XIX (19) application fee 2024-25

Q: What is the application fee for the form for AIBE 2024?
As per the application process of AIBE 2024, the application fee to be paid for General/ OBC category candidates is INR 3,500. However, candidates belonging to SC/ ST (including PWD candidates of the categories) have to pay INR 2,500 only as they are given concession. Candidates must note that if they are under PWD category, as well as General/ OBC category, then they will be allowed to claim concession only if they provide the proof of Physical Disability (40% or more).
If they failed to provide a Certificate of belonging to PwD category, then they have to pay the application fee INR 3,500 as applicable for General/ OBC category. Note: Since, the application fee for AIBE exam is to be paid in online mode, the bank will apply charges in addition to the applicable fee as processing charges. It completely depends on the mode of payment, and the charges may range from INR 60 to 150, which will be confirmed at the time of final payment process only.
Q: I enrolled for AIBE XVIII (18) Exam but did not appear for it. Can I appear for AIBE XIX (19) Exam without paying registration fee?
No, you cannot appear for AIBE XIX(19) without paying the registration fee. For AIBE 18, the Bar Council of India had announced that candidates who appeared at Rajkot centers for AIBE-XVII will be allowed to participate in the next AIBE-XVIII without having to pay the examination fee again.
Q: Can I change the exam centre once the application process gets over for AIBE exam?
No. One cant change the AIBE Exam centre once the application form is submitted online. Candidates have to choose options of exam centre while applying for the exam. The exam centre option is filled during the final registration for AIBE. Candidates can declare maximum 3 options for exam centre. AIBE will let candidates know about name and address of exam centre through the admit card. The admit card for AIBE has to be carried to the exam centre else candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination hall.
