AIBE 19 Registration 2024: The Bar Council of India (BCI) has released important instructions for filling AIBE 19 Application Form 2024. The BCI released the AIBE XIX application form for candidates who do not possess an enrollment certificate or are in the final semester of a 3-year or 5-year integrated LL.B. degree course with no backlogs on September 25, 2024.
The Council has also released an important notification regarding AIBE 19 Application Process 2024. The last date to fill AIBE 19 Application Form 2024 is October 25, 2024. Candidates must not that the application process for AIBE 19 is completely online.

AIBE 19 Application Form 2024: Important instructions by BCI
Candidates can check all important information released by BCI for AIBE 19 below:
- The link for filling out the registration form remains the same for all candidates.
- Candidates who are not yet enrolled with the State Bar Council but are law graduates and have obtained law degree, or are in the final semester of their 3-year or 5-year LL.B. degree course with no backlogs, or law graduates who are currently employed in some service or job but are not yet enrolled or have surrendered their enrollment on account of their job, such candidates must submit an undertaking.
- You can download this undertaking from the AIBE website or find it on the last page of the application form. After completing the undertaking, you must upload a scanned copy (not a mobile photo) of the signed document.
- Candidates who are already enrolled and have an enrollment certificate must upload their self-attested enrollment certificate. The undertaking form is only for candidates who do not possess an enrollment certificate or are in the final semester of a 3-year or 5-year integrated LL.B degree course with no backlogs.
- If you are in the final semester of your 3-year or 5-year integrated LL.B. degree course, you must attach self-attested, scanned copies (not photos) of your marksheets for each semester. For 3-year LL.B. degree course candidates, submit marksheets from Semester-I to Semester-V. For 5-year integrated LL.B. degree course candidates, submit marksheets from Semester-I to Semester-IX.
- If you have passed your LL.B. degree course but have not yet obtained your Law degree, you must attach self-attested, scanned copies (not photos) of all your marksheets. For 3-year LL.B. degree course candidates, submit marksheets from Semester-I to Semester-VI. For 5-year integrated LL.B. degree course candidates, submit marksheets from Semester-I to Semester-X.
- Please ensure that all the required documents are properly scanned and uploaded in the prescribed form/undertaking. Failing to do so may result in the rejection of your application. Q: Can I change language of AIBE Exam I want to appear in after submitting application form?
No. One cant change the AIBE Exam language once the application form has been submitted. Candidates have to choose options of language they want to appear in while applying for the exam. The exam language option is filled during the final registration for AIBE. Candidates can declare option as per their convenience.
Q: What is the application fee for the form for AIBE 2024?
As per the application process of AIBE 2024, the application fee to be paid for General/ OBC category candidates is INR 3,500. However, candidates belonging to SC/ ST (including PWD candidates of the categories) have to pay INR 2,500 only as they are given concession. Candidates must note that if they are under PWD category, as well as General/ OBC category, then they will be allowed to claim concession only if they provide the proof of Physical Disability (40% or more).
If they failed to provide a Certificate of belonging to PwD category, then they have to pay the application fee INR 3,500 as applicable for General/ OBC category. Note: Since, the application fee for AIBE exam is to be paid in online mode, the bank will apply charges in addition to the applicable fee as processing charges. It completely depends on the mode of payment, and the charges may range from INR 60 to 150, which will be confirmed at the time of final payment process only.
Q: Can I change the exam centre once the application process gets over for AIBE exam?
No. One cant change the AIBE Exam centre once the application form is submitted online. Candidates have to choose options of exam centre while applying for the exam. The exam centre option is filled during the final registration for AIBE. Candidates can declare maximum 3 options for exam centre. AIBE will let candidates know about name and address of exam centre through the admit card. The admit card for AIBE has to be carried to the exam centre else candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination hall.
