AIBE 19 Objection Window 2024: The Bar Council of India (BCI) is expected to begin the objection-raising process for the AIBE 19 Answer Key 2024 soon. Candidates can raise objections against AIBE 19 Answer Key 2024 through the official website - allindiabarexamination.com till the last date. The BCI has not yet released the AIBE 19 Provisional Answer Key 2024 yet

The BCI will release the AIBE 19 Provisional Answer Key 2024 for all languages SET Code; i.e. SET A, SET B, SET C, and SET D soon. Candidates can submit their objections from their registration portal. Once the council receives the objections, the AIBE 19 Final answer key will be released. BCI has not announced the AIBE 19 Final Answer Key 2024 PDF Release date.

Raising objections on AIBE Answer Key 2024

If candidates have any objections against any key given in the AIBE 19 answer key, they can follow the below-mentioned steps to file an objection: 

  1. Click on the Objection filing link given above
  2. You will be redirected to an "AIBE Objection'' form
  3. Complete the following actions:
    • Select your Paper Code (A, B, C, or D)
    • Select the Question Number
    • The official answer will be automatically populated
    • Fill in your answer
    • Put in remarks, if any
    • Finally, attach a file with proof for your answer
  4. Submit the AIBE XIX objection form

How to raise objections against AIBE 19 Answer Key 2024?

Candidates can follow the simple steps given below to raise objections against AIBE 19 Answer Key 2024:

  • Go to the official website at allindiabarexamination.com
  • On the homepage, click on the link that reads, "Dear Candidates, Raise your objections for AIBE XIX"
  • Enter your login credentials such as roll number and date of birth
  • Select the question number you want to raise objection against or challenge
  • Review it and then submit the objection online

AIBE 19 Result 2024 will be announced after considering the valid objections and making the required changes to the AIBE 18 provisional answer key. The result will be released based on the AIBE 19 final answer key.

Q:   What is AIBE 19 (XIX) Exam Date?

A:

AIBE 19 Exam 2024 date was conducted on December 22, 2024. Only those candidates who are enrolled with any state bar council were eligible to apply. AIBE 19 Exam was conducted in 22 regional languages including english. The AIBE Exam 2024 was conducted in offline, pen-and-paper mode acorss the country.

Q:   Has BCI released list of AIBE 2024 test centres?

A:

Yes, BCI released the list of AIBE XIX 2024 test centres. The test centres list was released along with the official AIBE 19 Notification. Candidates had to provide choice for AIBE 2024 centre while applying for the exam. A maximum of three options could be declared for exam city choice. BCI provided the exam centre to candidate along with the admit card for AIBE 2024. Once allotted, candidates request to change the exam centre was not entertained.

Q:   Are Bare Acts allowed in AIBE 19 (XIX) 2024?

A:

Yes, Bare Acts were allowed in the AIBE examination. All India Bar Examination website stated that " Bare Acts without notes are allowed. In case of unavailability of Bare Acts without notes, Bare Acts with least short notes will be allowed subject to the discretion of the Examiner/Invigilator".

Candidates were not allowed to carry books, any electronic items to the exam centre. AIBE is no more an open-book exam. The exam was held in 50+ cities across the country.
