The AIBE 17 qualified candidates will receive a Certificate of Practice from their enrolled State Bar Councils. All the candidates who will clear the AIBE will receive the Certificate of Practice (COP) through speed post.
AIBE 17 COP: The Bar Council of India (BCI) will release the AIBE 17 Certificate of Practice to the successful candidates soon. The BCI announced the AIBE XVII (17) 2023 Result on April 29, 2023. BCI began the AIBE 17-second phase of OMR sheet rechecking on June 5, 2023. Candidates were asked to apply for AIBE 17 rechecking until June 15, 2023.

The Bar Council of India has mandated all lawyers to obtain a Certificate of Practice (COP) within two years of provisional enrollment. As per the rule laid down by BCI, the AIBE 17 qualified candidates will receive a Certificate of Practice from their enrolled State Bar Councils. All the candidates who will clear the AIBE will receive the Certificate of Practice (COP) through speed post. AIBE XVII(17) 2023 exam was conducted on February 05, 2023, in pen-paper mode.
How to obtain COP from State Bar Council?
Earlier, the Bar Council of India would release a notification for all the qualified candidates informing them about the availability of COP at the state bar councils. Candidates then would obtain the COP by visiting their respective state bar council. In 2021, the bar council launched a mobile application AIBESCOPE so that candidates can obtain a digital copy of their COP until a hard copy was provided to them. Now, candidates have to fill and submit an application form as available either on the official website or on the official address of the state bar council.
