All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) - 2023 is going to be conducted in offline mode on December 11, 2022, and the registration to begin tomorrow, September 7, 2022.

AILET 2023 registration commences tomorrow

National Law University Delhi (NLUD) is all set to conduct the All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) 2023 on December 11, 2022. Interested candidates can apply from tomorrow as the online application forms will be available from September 7 onwards at the official website of NLUD - https://nationallawuniversitydelhi.in/.

The entrance exam is for admission to BA LLB (Hons), LLM, and PhD programmes for the academic session 2023-24. The last date to register will be notified tomorrow.

How to fill AILET 2023 application form?

Candidates must follow these steps to fill out the application form for AILET 2023 -

Visit the official website of NLUD - nationallawuniversitydelhi.in. 

  • Click on the new registration link 
  • Register using a mobile number and email address 
  • Select the course (BA LLB, LLM or Ph.D) and fill out the application form for AILET 2023 
  • Submit the application fee and complete the application process.

AILET is conducted every year and for the first time, it is being held in December. The exam will be held in an offline mode for a total of 110 BA LLB (Hons.) seats, 70 LLM seats, and 18 PhD seats. The exam duration will be one hour and 30 minutes. For BA LLB (Hons) - the candidates must have passed the Class 12 examination with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks (40% in case of SC/ST/Persons with Disabilities) and candidates appearing for their 10+2 exam may also apply. For admission to LLM course- the eligibility requirement is LLB or equivalent degree with a minimum of 50% marks (45% in case of SC/ST/Persons with Disabilities) and the candidates appearing for their final year LLB examination are also eligible to apply, and for PhD courses, one should have completed LL.M. or an equivalent law degree with 55% marks (50% in case of SC/ST/ Persons with Disabilities).
