All those candidates who hold a law degree from foreign universities can appear for the BCI 19th qualifying exam. BCI 19th qualifying exams dates have been announced. The qualifying exam will be conducted from December 18 to 23, 2023. BCI 19th Qualifying Exam centre is Bar Council of India at 21, rouse avenue, institutional area, New Delhi-110002. The BCI 19th Exam timing is 11 am to 2 pm.

BCI 19th Qualifying Exam: The Bar Council of India (BCI) has released the 19th qualifying examination schedule for Indian Nationals. All those candidates who hold a law degree from foreign universities can appear for the BCI 19th qualifying exam. BCI 19th qualifying exams dates have been announced. The qualifying exam will be conducted from December 18 to 23, 2023. BCI 19th Qualifying Exam centre is Bar Council of India at 21, rouse avenue, institutional area, New Delhi-110002. The BCI 19th Exam timing is 11 am to 2 pm. 

Candidates must note that as per the BCI Qualifying exam pattern 2023 the paper will be of three hours and for 100 marks. Candidates will be allowed to carry Bare acts and books, including question answer guides, notes and others are permitted inside the exam hall.

BCI 19th Qualifying Exam: List of books allowed

Candidates can check the list of books/noted in BCI 19th qualifying exam below:

  • Constitution of India 
  • Contract law and negotiable instruments act
  • Company law
  • Only individual bare acts (not digests) with least short notes are allowed for the following 3 papers. The bare acts should not have any marks, chits etc.
  • Civil procedure code and limitation act
  • Criminal procedure code
  • The Indian legal profession and code of ethics
