CLAT 2022 exam was held on June 19, today the Consortium of NLUs will release the first provisional merit list at consortiumofnlus.ac.in.
The Consortium of NLUs commenced the CLAT 2022 counselling process from June 25 onwards after the results were declared on June 24 around midnight. Today, the first provisional merit list will be announced at consortiumofnlus.ac.in.
Candidates who have registered for counselling would be able to see the merit list today on the official website. Once, the merit list is out, the candidates will have three choices either to accept and lock the seat, apply for an upgrade or they can exit from the counselling process. To apply for an upgrade, candidates will have to pay a fee and upload documents. For further details in this regard, candidates are advised to refer to the official website of NLU.
To check the CLAT 2022 seat allotment result, candidates need to go to the official website consortiumofnlus.ac.in and click on the "CLAT 2022- First Provisional Merit List" link and log in using a registered mobile number and password and open the allotment status to know about the college allotted.
The consortium will release the second provisional merit list on July 7, and the third provisional merit list will be released on July 12.
About CLAT 2022
The exam was conducted on June 19, in 131 exam centres, across the country. The CLAT scores will be recognised by 22 national law universities (NLUs) and several other law colleges and universities. CLAT 2022 counselling is for admission to a 5-year integrated LLB and one-year LLM programs. The total number of UG seats through CLAT 2022 is 2, 644 and PG seats are 914 excluding sponsored, supernumerary, NRI, and extra seats.
CLAT 2022 cutoff for participating National Law Universities will be based on NIRF Ranking (if available) of the applied NLU, category under which admission is sought, seat intake for the program applied for admission, CLAT 2022 merit rank of the applicants, and the total number of candidates seeking admission to that course.
