CLAT 2023: The second allotment list is expected to be out today, January 27, 2023, at the official website consortiumofnlus.ac.in, know how to check. Once the seat is allotted, the candidates can either freeze the option, float or withdraw their seat.

The consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) will release the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2023 counselling second allotment list today, January 27, 2023, at the official website consortiumofnlus.ac.in. Once the list is out, the candidates can check it by visiting the official website.

How to check CLAT 2023 second allotment list

To check the list, follow these steps:

• Go to the official website of CLAT — consortiumofnlus.ac.in.
• Login into the CLAT 2023 counselling portal using your mobile number and password.
• CLAT 2023 second allotment list will be displayed on the screen.
• Check your result and download it for future reference.

The candidates who will be allotted seats in this round will have the option of freezing, floating or withdrawing their seats from the CLAT 2023 counselling process. Those who would like to go ahead with the allotted seat and are interested in accepting it, need to pay a non-refundable confirmation fee of INR 20,000 prior to selecting a ‘freeze’ or ‘float’ option before the deadline. Those who have not been allotted their first preference of NLU and choose to leave ‘open’ the possibility of getting a higher preference, may choose the ‘float’ option. 

If a candidate does not want to participate any further in the counselling process, they may choose to ‘exit’ the admissions counselling process.

The last date for admission under the second admission list is January 31. The third allotment list will be out on May 25, the fourth one on June 5 and the fifth one on June 15, 2023.

CLAT 2023 was held on December 18, 2022, in a pen-paper-based test mode at more than 130 test cities in India.
