These services will be free of cost for candidates who have registered for the CLAT Exam. The helpline has been launched to address immediate stressors and equip them with tools to healthily cope with challenges. CLAT 2024: Consortium launches FREE service to help Aspirants, check details

CLAT 2024 Exam: The Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) has launched a helpline service for candidates who will be appearing for CLAT Exam 2024. To help them beat their stress, and anxiety during CLAT 2024 preparation the consortium will provide Emotional Health Support services. These services will be free of cost for candidates who have registered for the CLAT Exam. The helpline has been launched to address immediate stressors and equip them with tools to healthily cope with challenges. The services are available to all fully registered candidates for the CLAT 2024 free of cost.

The CLAT 2024 Team has partnered with  1to1help. It will be able to assist the candidates with the following:
  • One-on-one talk-based sessions with a trained psychologist to help manage exam-related stress available on video, chat and telephone;
  • Quick and easy ways to relax and calm yourself;
  • Identifying any unhealthy coping patterns and replacing them with healthier ways to cope;
  • Tips to improve concentration;
  • Safe and non-judgmental space to share thoughts, feelings, and concerns;
  • Techniques to improve active decision-making;
  • Better study habits; and
  • Share trusted educational resources regarding emotional health.

How to register for CLAT 2024 Free Assistance Service?

Candidates can follow the simple steps given below to access the service:
  • Go to the official CLAT 2024 website
  • Login to your CLAT applicant account with the registered mobile number and password
  • Click on Emotional Health Support button and follow the instructions provided.

Note:

A. These sessions/materials should not be considered a substitute for any treatment related to a pre-existing medical condition or a specific mental health diagnosis. We would not be able to support long-term therapy, clinical interventions or emergency-help in situations where there is a risk to life.
B. You may access or use the Platform and/ or the Services only if (i) You are above the age of 18 years and are legally competent to enter into a contract, or (ii) you have obtained your parent's or legal guardian's consent to use the 1to1help platform and/ or the services 1to1help provides.
C. This service is available only for fully paid candidates for the CLAT 2024. Any attempt to share your credentials with any other person may result in a penalty.
