CLAT 2024 Exam Day Guidelines: The Consortium of National Law Universities (NLU) is all set to conduct the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2024 exam today, i.e. December 3, 2023. Law aspirants appearing for CLAT 2024 must not forget to take their CLAT 2024 admit card. No candidate will be allowed to appear for CLAT exam without the hall ticket. CLAT 2024 admit card can be downloaded through the official website at consortiumofnlus.ac.in.

The CLAT 2024 exam will be conducted in offline mode or pen-paper mode and will consist of 120 questions, unlike the previous year. Aspirants will have 2 hours to complete the examination.

Whereas test-takers who have a benchmark disability will be provided with an extra 40 minutes to complete the CLAT 2024 examination as mentioned in the guidelines for PwD aspirants set by the authority. 

CLAT 2024 Exam Day Guidelines

Before appearing for the CLAT 2024 exam, applicants must go through the following exam day guidelines for a successful outcome on the exam day:

  • Aspirants must not forget to bring their CLAT 2024 admit card and a government-approved ID for verification purposes to the exam center.
  • Candidates without an admit card or government-approved ID will not be allowed to sit for the examination.
  • If any student reports to an exam centre other than the one allotted to them, the student will be disqualified from the examination.
  • Aspirants must reach the exam center one hour before the exam starts for document verification.
  • If any candidates reach the exam center late, he/she will not be allowed to enter the exam hall.
  • No electronic devices and eatables are allowed in the exam hall.
  • If a candidate needs to use a scribe, they must provide an SAP certificate to the invigilator.
  • Test-takers must sign in their admit card in the presence of the invigilator.
  • If any student is found disobeying any rules and regulations in the exam hall, serious actions will be taken against them.
  • Aspirants are not allowed to leave the exam hall before the exam is completed.
