Delhi HC's unit to conduct National Virtual Criminal Moot Court Competition for law students

A Delhi High Court unit is all set to organise the third National Virtual Criminal Moot Court Competition for bonafide law students of 3-year LLB and 5-year integrated law course.

Adhivakta Parishad, a Delhi High Court unit will organise the third National Virtual Criminal Moot Court Competition from November 4 to November 8, 2022. The last date to register is October 5, 2022. 

Participation is restricted to bonafide law students enrolled either in 3 years LLB Law course or the 5-years integrated law course and participation is limited to only one team per college or university, as reported by Verdictum.

Each team shall comprise of maximum three members only, consisting of two speakers and one researcher and a minimum of two members consisting of two speakers.

All the participants of the National Virtual Criminal Moot Court Competition will be presented with Certificates of Participation and all the winners of awards will be presented with Certificates of Merit and Trophy.

The following awards will be presented - Best Team, Second Best Team, Best Speaker, and Best Memorial. The competition will have two rounds including Memorial Selection Round and Oral Rounds. The Top 40 teams with the highest memorial scores will be entitled to participate in oral rounds.

How Law colleges can apply to National Virtual Criminal Moot Court Competition

Law colleges must provisionally register by sending an email to adhivaktaparishaddelhi1@gmai.com before the last date, October 5. The mail should have the name of the law college, team members' names if available, phone number and email id of the coordinator of the team/college.

All teams shall be given a "Team Code" by the organizers on completing their registration. Thereafter the teams shall use their designated "Team Code" for all correspondence with the organizers.
