HNLU's Panel discussion will have the participation of Prof VC Vicekanandan, VC of HNLU Prof (Dr) Uday Shankar, Registrar, HNLU. HNLU to organise panel discussion on Gardening Intellectual Property on April 26

The Research Centre for Innovation and IP Laws (CIIL) of Hidayatullah National Law University will host a panel discussion on April 26, 2023, at 6:30 pm on the occasion of World Intellectual Property Day. 

The panellists include Ms Latha R Nair, Partner, K&S Partners, and Prof (Dr) Sunanda Bharti, Professor of Law, University of Delhi, in consonance with WIPO's theme of 'Women and IP: Accelerating Innovation and Creativity," as reported by Live Law.

It will also have the participation of Prof VC Vicekanandan, VC of HNLU Prof (Dr) Uday Shankar, Registrar, HNLU. The welcome address will be delivered by MS Debmita Mondal, Assistant Professor, HNLU, and the event and Q&A session will be anchored by Ms Garima Panwar, Assistant Professor, HNLU.

The panel is open for faculties, students, IP enthusiasts and policy wonks and will be attended by students, faculties, staff members of HNLU, and all registered participants.

"HNLU has a team of highly qualified, competent, and dedicated faculty members with diverse backgrounds and areas of specialization. In addition to classroom teaching, the faculty members also attend to the individual needs of students through mentoring and consultation," reads HNLU statement.

"To achieve the multifarious objectives, the University regularly organizes national and international seminars, conferences, moot court competitions, and special guest lectures by eminent academicians and professionals from within India and abroad. The continuous assessment of students helps in an honest evaluation of the true potential of students," added the notification.
