Applicants seeking admission into BA LLB and BBA LLB programs need to appear and qualify in the ICFAI Law School Admission Test (ILSAT 2022) being conducted by The ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (IFHE), Hyderabad.
ICFAI law school has released online and offline application forms for ILSAT 2022. ILSAT 2022 will be held on May 28 in online mode. The last date to apply for the entrance test is May 21. The ILSAT 2022 application form can be filled out via 2 modes.
Mode 1: Applicants can apply online by filling up the Application Form available online and make payment of ₹1,000 towards the cost using a Credit/ Debit Card (Visa/Master Card/Internet Banking) through a secure internet payment gateway. Applicants applying online should upload their passport size colour photograph while filling out the online application. The Law Programs Prospectus will be sent to such applicants.
Mode 2: Alternatively, applicants can download the application form from the official website and send it to the Admissions Office along with the Bank Demand Draft of ₹1,000 drawn on Scheduled Commercial Bank towards the cost of the application.
The Demand Draft should be drawn in favour of “IFHE-Prospectus Fee A/c ILSAT 2022” payable at Hyderabad. The Law Programs Prospectus will be sent to such applicants.
To be eligible for ILSAT 2022, candidates must clear Class XII or equivalent with an aggregate of 50% and above marks in a single attempt (any discipline) in English medium. Class XII (or equivalent) students who appeared for their final examinations before July 01, 2022, and awaiting results are also eligible to apply. Also, candidates should not be more than 21 years of age as on the day of commencement of Semester I i.e., July 19, 2022.
ICFAI Law Admission Test or ILSAT is an entrance exam conducted by the ICFAI Law School for admissions to undergraduate law courses. The law admission test is conducted in CBT mode. Questions in the entrance test come from English, logical reasoning, legal reasoning, GK / Current Affairs and analytical reasoning. The selection for admission into the program is based on merit secured in the ILSAT 2022 and performance in the personal interview and previous academics.
Candidates appeared or appearing in CLAT/ LSAT India exams will be exempted from giving the ILSAT exam for UG law courses. Admission of such candidates will be done on the basis of their CLAT/ LSAT India score followed by a personal interview round.
ILSAT 2022 result will be announced on June 1. The PI rounds will start from June 9 for the ILSAT qualified candidates. From August 1, 2022, the classes will commence.
