Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai has invited applications for BA LLB Hons, LLM courses under foreign national, NRI, and NRI sponsored category 2022.
Through a notification released yesterday, Maharashtra National Law University (MNLU) Mumbai has invited applications for filling up 20 seats for BA LLB (Hons) 5 years integrated degree programme and 10 seats for one year LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law, and Maritime Law under foreign national, NRI, and NRI sponsored category 2022.
The notification stated that the preference will be given to Foreign National applicants over NRI/NRI Sponsored and also to NRI applicants over NRI sponsored applicants. Admission shall be subject to the outcome of Writ Petition (Civil) No. 600/2015 pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, as stated by the notification.
The selection of the candidates belonging to the FN/NRI/NRI Sponsored category will be made strictly as per the general merit list of CLAT 2022.

The application form is available at https://forms.gle/a9VQiVfjHUjjtJDA7. The deadline to submit the application form is July 22. The candidates are advised to go through detailed instructions before making the application. The application fee of INR 5000 has to be remitted via the Paytm portal as follows: for BA LLB Hons https://paytm.me/g6-Vu6W and for LLM https://paytm.me/aWYI-b7.
The notification reads, "Applications complete in all respects, together with self-attested scanned copies of all requisite certificates and testimonials listed in Annexure B must reach via the prescribed Google Form before 23:59 hrs (IST) of July 22, 2022. Incomplete application will be summarily rejected and the University shall not entertain any claim in this regard."
A list of shortlisted candidates will be uploaded on the University website www.mnlumumbai.edu.in/admission.php on or before July 25. The waiting list will be maintained wherever necessary and expedient.
