MNLU Mumbai invites blogs on Police Reforms, Women Policing

The Center for Advanced Legal Studies Training and Research (CALSTAR) at Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai has invited blogs on the theme of Police Reforms and Women Policing as part of their ongoing efforts to create awareness on pressing issues related to gender equality and upliftment of the society.

The selected blogs will be published on CALSTAR's social media platforms and also on the website giving the participants a chance to reach a wider audience and make a difference, the word limit for the blog should be 2000 to 4000 words, as reported by Live Law.

The topics one can write on include - the need for police reforms and women's policing in India, Mahila police stations: Feasibility and Viability in states like Maharashtra, Women and police: Breaking the gender stereotypes, police training and sensitization on gender issues, women's safety and security: Challenges and opportunities.

The last date to submit the blogs is April 30, 2023.

MNLU Mumbai is also offering a one-week online certificate course on Parenting Systems and Procedures from April 3, 2023, to April 8, 2023. The course is bound to benefit all those engaged in manufacturing, services, business, IP education, and research by enriching their knowledge, skill, and expertise and may include legal fraternity, professionals, IP academicians, industry managers, MSME, Startups, students in IPRs and individuals and enterprises willing to protect their Patents, stated MNLU Mumbai's official statement.
