MNLU Mumbai to organise Global Aviation and Space Disputes Conference 2023

MNLU Mumbai, Centre for Arbitration and Research and Centre for Training and Research in Commercial Regulations are all set to organise Global Aviation and Space Disputes Conference 2023 on February 4, 2023. The last date to register is January 26, 2023. 

Papers are invited from teachers, researchers, professionals, students, and space law enthusiasts from all over the globe for presentation at this conference.

The sub-themes are - Arbitrability of Aviation and Space Disputes (ASD), Applicable law in ASD, Specialized Institutions and Specialized Rules for ASD, Suitability of commercial arbitration and ISDS to resolve ASD Trends and practices in dealing with ASD.

"Only high quality abstracts (upto 300 words) will be accepted for presentation. Each presentation will be of 10 minutes. The presentation must include: topic, research questions, methods, utility and contribution of research and tentative findings or suggestions," reads MNLU Mumbai statement.

There are no registration for participation, and paper presentation by foreign nationals/NRIs/Aliens, INR 500 for registration for paper presentation (India). There are limited merit-based scholarships available. 

Internship opportunity at CALSTAR, MNLU Mumbai

There is an internship opportunity available at the Centre for Advanced Legal Studies Training and Research (CALSTAR) at MNLU Mumbai. The centre is looking to engage full-time interns on a rolling basis to assist with its activities at the university. The mode of internship shall be online/offline and no stipend will be paid during the internship period.

Those who are pursuing or completed three years of (5 years degree) or two years of (3 years degree) or have completed an LLB degree or pursuing an LLM are eligible to apply for the internship.
