Shilpa Mankar Ahluwalia, Partner and Head-FinTech, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co said, “The NLS-SAM-FinTech Moot is a vital platform for future legal minds to engage with the pressing regulatory issues in fintech. As we navigate through the evolving landscape of finance and technology, this Moot provides a unique opportunity to explore innovative solutions and regulatory frameworks that can shape the future of financial services.”

Dr. Sudhir Krishnaswamy, Vice Chancellor of NLSIU said, “NLSIU has developed research and teaching expertise in financial regulation with an emphasis on fintech regulation over the last 3 years.
