National Law University and Judicial Academy, Assam invited applications from eligible and interested candidates for the posts of General Practitioner, Gynaecologist, and Physiotherapist.

National Law University and Judicial Academy, Assam is recruiting for one post each of General Practitioner, Gynaecologist, Physiotherapist on a part-time and a Hostel Warden (Female) on a full-time contractual basis.

For General Practitioner's post, the required qualification is MBBS/MD Degree from a recognised University and accredited by

Medical Council of India. For Gynaecologist, an MBBS degree along with a degree or diploma in gynaecology from a

recognised university duly accredited by the Medical Council of India. For Physiotherapists, Bachelor of Physiotherapy from a recognised College/ University.

The educational requirement for a hostel warden is at least a graduate in any discipline. Candidate experienced in hostel administration in University level/academic Institutions with a minimum of 5 years experience is required.

Desirable experience including retired commissioned or non-commissioned defence personnel shall be preferred. Background of NCC 'B' & 'C' certificates shall be preferred.

NLU Assam issues fee payment reminders for students who have chosen to freeze the option

"The deadline to pay the University fee is May 20, 2023, 11:59 P.M., as stated in the Consortium’s Notification - Instructions for the Admissions Counselling Process, published on December 28, 2022," reads the official notification.

It is for the candidates who have chosen the ‘Freeze’ option in the First and second rounds of the CLAT admissions counselling process and who are yet to pay the prescribed university fee to the National Law University and Judicial Academy, Assam.
