National Law University Delhi has extended the last date to submit applications for the flagship Diploma in Insolvency and Bankruptcy: Law, Practice, Regulations to August 1.

As reported earlier, admissions are open for the flagship Diploma in Insolvency and Bankruptcy: Law, Practice, Regulations at National Law University (NLU) Delhi. The last date for application submission is extended from July 5 to August 1 up to 11:59 pm IST.

The duration of the course is one year from August 2022 to July 2013. This course aims to introduce legal and secretarial practitioners and academicians to the insolvency laws in India as conceptualized within the larger family of commercial laws. The course also aims to acquaint and equip the participants with the practical skills relevant to insolvency laws in the Indian courts along with the requisite negotiation and problem-solving skills, stated the official notification.

  • Government officials in the areas of tax, revenue and law
  • In-house counsel of PSUs
  • Working Professionals like CA, CS, CMA, MBA, Bankers, Insolvency Practitioners, Consultants, Lawyers, Stakeholders in Insolvency Proceedings including Creditors and Corporate Debtors 
  • Academicians in law, finance, economics, business and management studies;
  • Students in post-graduate and doctoral courses in any discipline
  • Students of graduate course in any discipline (For law course, student must be studying in the 3rd year of 3-year LLB degree course, or 4th/5th year of 5-year integrated BA.LLB/BBA.LLB/B.Com.LLB).
