PU UGLAW 2020 cancelled due to COVID-19 pandemic, Admission criteria changed!

PU BA/BCom LLB entrance exam 2020 has been cancelled due to the ongoing situation of Coronavirus pandemic. Read here to know more. 

The Panjab University has cancelled the PU UGLAW 2020 entrance exam due to COVID-19 pandemic. The entrance exam was scheduled to be held on October 4. Now, the admissions at Panjab University for BA LLB and BCom LLB will be based on class 12th merit scores. The university has closed the application process on August 22 and, now the registered candidates can fill the admission form directly. The last date of filling details in the admission form is September 10. 

The official notification on the website stated, "As Panjab University has decided not to hold the entrance test for the admission to PU-B.A./B.Com. LL.B. (Hons.) 5 Years Integrated Course - 2020, it is further decided that the merit be prepared as per the approved guidelines published in the Prospectus 2020 available on the website with all the candidates given equal marks in the entrance test component so as to nullify the contribution of PU-B.A./B.Com. LL.B. (Hons.) 5 Years Integrated Course - 2020 Entrance Test Marks in the Merit-list."

To fill the admission form, candidates have to log in on the official website using their registered ID and password. In the admission form, they need to fill information about their Categories, Class +2 subjects, Weightages & Other Information, Documents. The tentative merit list of PU UG Law admissions will be published on September 22. The provisional list will be published on September 29 after candidates submit their objections on the tentative merit list. The schedule of PU UGLAW admission counselling will be shared after the publication of merit list only.
