RGNUL to organise conference on Right to Information

Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab is all set to organise a one-day national conference on the topic 'Right to Information: Law, Policy and Governance' on November 19, 2022.

The Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab in association with the Punjab State Information Commission is organising a one-day national conference on the topic 'Right to Information: Law, Policy and Governance' on November 19, 2022.

The last date for submission of the registration form and abstract is September 25, intimation of abstract selection and opening of payment link by RGNUL will be done by September 30. The deadline for payment and registration is October 8, 2022, full paper submission can be done by November 5 in which a minimum of two authors are permitted per page.

Registration fee and other details

The registration fee for the seminar for a single author is INR 500 and for co-authors, it is INR 800.

All the abstract and full-length papers shall be sent to email id caslw@rgnul.ac.in with the subject RTI Conference.

The seminar will have a parallel web conference session available to selected presenters on the prior payment of the registration fee. The interested participants can avail of this by intimating the organisers by sending mail to caslw@rgnul.ac.in. For accommodation requirements also the participants can mail to this address with the subject title 'accommodation' on or before October 10, 2022. The accommodation facility will be provided as per availability on a payment basis.

Participants need to submit an abstract of around 350 words and the full paper should not exceed 6000 words, it shall be typed in Times New Roman, Font Size 12 on A4 size paper with 1" margin on all sides with 1.5 line spacing using MS Word.
