RGNUL, CNLU and Law Mantra Trust are jointly organising an E-International Seminar on Contemporary Issues in Intellectual Property Rights between July 28, 2023, to July 29, 2023. The last date to register is July 15, 2023.

RGNUL to organise E-seminar on Contemporary issues in Intellectual Property Rights

The Center for Innovation and Intellectual Property Rights (CIIPR) at Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab, Centre for Innovation Research and Facilitation (CIRF) in Intellectual Property for Humanity and Development (IPHD) of Chanakya National Law University (CNLU), Panta, and Law Mantra Trust, a non-profit organisation is jointly organising E-International Seminar on Contemporary Issues in Intellectual Property Rights between July 28, 2023, to July 29, 2023.

The seminar aims to examine and analyze the contemporary issues in Intellectual Property Rights of today’s times. The international seminar will be attended by various international delegates and speakers as also representatives from the national Diaspora representing the stakeholders in the digital ecosystem and live web. These would include representatives from the Central Government & State Governments, various Ministries, Law Enforcement Agencies, Police, Businesses, Information Technology, Corporate Sector, Academicians, Scholars, Service Providers, International Organizations and distinguished thought leaders. The last date to register for the seminar is July 15, 2023.

“The intellectual property is a creation of mind. It is in the form of copyright, patents, Trademarks, design, integrated circuit layout design, trade secret, and geographical indications, biotechnological inventions, traditional knowledge, inventions related to plant varieties, farmers and plant breeders rights. Every types of intellectual creation is socio-economic oriented,” reads RGNUL's official statement.

RGNUL recently organised National Seminar on Alternative Dispute Resolution. The objective was to provide a platform for students, researchers and academicians to share their knowledge and ideas about the future of Alternative Dispute Resolution in the modern world. This paper presentation cum seminar served as a stepping stone to further promote research in the field of ADR.
