Candidates can create a preparation plan for TS LAWCET 2024 to prepare for TS LAWCET 2024. The plan has been provided as follows:

• Aspirants who have completed a polytechnic degree can apply for the TS LAWCET. 
• The polytechnic degree will be considered equivalent to a Class 12 degree. 
• Individuals who have completed their graduation through a single sitting exam without appearing in graduation first- and second-year exams are not eligible for TS LAWCET 2024 3-year LLB course admissions. 
• Candidates who complete their education through an open university system are not eligible for admission to a 5-year LLB course or a 3-year LLB course through the TS LAWCET 2024 exam. 
• The following percentage to apply for law courses through TS LAWCET will also be considered after rounding them off:

Yes, candidates who do not belog to Telangana can apply for TS LAWCET 2024 and TS PGLCET 2024. They only need to meet the eligibility criteria for the law course to which they want to apply for.

The exam date for both TS LAWCET and PGLCET 2024 is June 3, 2024. However, the timings for 5-year LLB exam, 3-year LLB exam and LLM exam will be different. Check out the timings for the exams below: 

Many candidates who apply for the TS LAWCET also apply for the AP LAWCET. The AP LAWCET 2024 registration will tentatively start in the third week of March 2024, at cets.apsche.ap.gov.in/APSCHE/APSCHEHome.aspx.

Refer to the following eligibility criteria for TS PGLCET 2024:

• Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB/BL) of 3 or 5 years duration from a recognized university.
• Candidates who are in the final year of their LLB/BL degree programme can also appear for the exam, but must have completed the degree and fulfilled all university requirements before counseling.
• A minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate is required for the LLB/BL degree for the General and Other Backward Classes (OBC) categories.

• Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) categories get a relaxation of 5% in the minimum marks requirement, meaning they need a minimum of 45% marks.

The eligibility criteria for the TS LAWCET 2024 have been mentioned below:

5-year LLB:

• Candidates must have passed the Higher Secondary Certificate Examination (10+2 level) from any recognized board/council with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks (40% for SC/ST categories).
• The minimum qualifying marks required in the TS LAWCET 2024 is 45% for the General and OBC categories. The minimum qualifying marks for OBC and ST / ST categories are 42% and 45%.
• There are no minimum marks prescribed for SC and ST candidates.

3-year LLB:

• Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree (10+2+3 pattern) in any stream from a recognized university with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks (40% for SC/ST and 42% for OBC categories).

The TS LAWCET 2024 exam for 5-year LLB and 3-year LLB will be conducted in an online mode on June 3, 2024. But candidates will have to visit the allotted test centres to take the exam in online mode. The exam date for the TS PGLCET 2024 will also be June 3, 2024.

The last date to fill out the TS LAWCET application form 2024 without a late fee is April 15, 2024. The last date to submit the TS PGLCET 2024 application form without a late fee is the same, i.e. April 15, 2025.
