Maharashtra Board Exams 2022: Unvaccinated students allowed to appear for Mah HSC SSC papers

Earlier, the government asked the schools to encourage their students to get vaccinated ahead of Maharashtra SSC HSC board exams 2022.

Mah SSC HSC Board Exams 2022: The government of Maharashtra has decided to allow unvaccinated students to appear for Mah Class 10, 12 board exams 2022. Earlier, the government asked the schools to encourage their students to get vaccinated ahead of board exams 2022. However, the state education department has released an official notification stating, โ€œNo school or high school should force their students to get the vaccination. Board exam will be open to all students, vaccinated or not.โ€

The practical examinations of students have already begun. Maharashtra HSC examination will be conducted between March 4 and April 30 and practicals will be held from February 14 to March 3. Meanwhile, schedule for out of turnโ€ exams has also been released by the Board. These exams will be conducted between March 31 and April 18 for practicals, internal or oral examinations for students who are unable to appear for exams on the earlier dates due to any reason.

Despite various protests demonstrated by students, the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) clearly stated that Mah HSC Class 12 and SSC Class 10 board exams will be conducted via offline mode.

The Board has also started studentsโ€™ helpline to assist students resolve their queries related to board exams 2022. State education minister Varsha Gaikwad said, โ€œTo help our students face the upcoming board exams confidently, tide over any exam-related anxiety and cultivate a winning mindset, over 409 trained and certified counselors will be available for 10th-12th state board students.โ€

Govt must make enough vaccine available at schools and colleges to complete full vaccination of all students who need to take board physical exams. 10th, 12th, entrance exams. If a student gets infected due to one of the initial exams in the first half of March, he or she may end up missing papers.
