The exam body, GMEC has extended the GMCET applications for the 2024 session, once again. Candidate’s who missed the previous deadline, can now fill the GMCET 2024 application form easily. Check the new dates and the steps to fill the application form of GMCET 2024 here.

In a relief for students, the Global Media Education Council (GMEC) has extended the registration dates of the GMCET application form 2024 once again. Candidates who were not able to fill the GMCET 2024 application form till January 20, 2024, can apply till February 24, 2024. Earlier the last date to fill the application form of GMCET 2024 was January 20, 2024. Aspirants who meet the minimum eligibility criteria can visit the official website gmcet.org to apply.

How to apply for GMCET 2024?

Step 1: Go to gmcet.org

Step 2: On the homepage, register by filling - name, active mobile number, and valid email address along with nationality. Agree to terms and conditions before clicking on the submit button. Candidates who already have an account on GMCET website, can use their previous credentials to log in and continue.

Step 3: Fill in the education qualification details.

Step 4: Pay the GMCET application fee for final submission.

The GMCET is a national-level entrance test that offers admission to the various Undergraduate Media programs. The courses offered by the participating colleges and universities. Candidates who successfully fill out the GMCET 2024 application form will be issued the admit card to appear in the test. 

Post qualification in the GMCET 2024 exam, candidates will be offered courses through the participating colleges and universities, the can choose from either BA-JMC( Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication), BMS (Bachelor of Management Studies), BJMC (Bachelor of Journalism and Mass Communication), BMM (Bachelor of Mass Media) or BMC (Bachelor of Mass Communication) under various specializations such as Mass Media, Animation and graphics, Media Technologies, Media Studies, Mass Communication, Film and Television, VFX Film Making, etc.
