Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH) has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Earth Nature Climate Initiative (ENCI), a Canada-based organization that specializes in sustainability training and education. This collaboration signifies a pivotal move towards enhancing education and training focused on sustainability.

With over 30 years of excellence in business education, BIMTECH is poised to leverage this partnership to develop and deliver innovative programs tailored to the growing demand for sustainable business practices. ENCI Canada, recognized globally for its expertise in sustainability training, will contribute specialized knowledge and insights. This collaboration will be bolstered by BIMTECH’s robust academic resources, research capabilities, and industry-driven programs.

Mr. Panos Alivizatos, Chief Executive Director & Board Member at ENCI, shared his excitement about the partnership: “We are thrilled to work towards a common goal of enhancing sustainability across value chains. The co-developed programs will begin with foundational courses and gradually cover various sectors, including tourism and energy. The programs will be hybrid, with 80% online and 20% on-campus attendance, making them accessible to a broad audience. We aim to extend our reach to board-level executives, helping organizations understand the interplay between sustainability and strategy.”
