FMS announces admission to MBA batch 2016-18

Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi, has opened the admission process to its two full-year MBA programme from today, October 1, 2015. The last date to apply is November 15, 2015.

Interested candidates can apply at on the official website www.fms.edu.

To apply for FMS Delhi, candidates must appear for CAT 2015 which will be held on November 29.

To be eligible for FMS MBA programme, candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline after 12 years of formal schooling with at least 50% marks (SC/ST: Passing marks; OBC/PWD/CW: 45%) or equivalent CGPA. Candidates appearing for the final year examination of Bachelor's Degree can also apply.

Admission Procedure

To apply for MBA at FMS, applicants need to fill up the online registration form and pay the requisite fee of Rs 1000 (Rs 350 for SC/ST/PWD category) by November 15, 2015.

Admission to MBA programme will be based on the following:

1. Extempore Speech
2. Personal Interview
3. CAT 2015 score

According to an official notice, “FMS uses CAT score for shortlisting the candidates for the above programmes. IIMs have no role either in the selection process or in the conduct of the programme. The eligibility criteria for CAT is as set by the IIMs.”

FMS Delhi has one of the lowest and most economical MBA course in the country. It has a very high ROI. The annual tuition fee for MBA programmes is approximately Rs 10,480 per year.
