IIM Ahmedabad PGP Final Placement 2024: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad conducted the first cluster of the Final Placement process for the PGP class of 2024. According to the official statement released by the institute, the entire placement process was conducted in hybrid mode. The firms that participated in Cluster 1 comprised of six cohorts such as investment banking and markets, management consulting, niche consulting, advisory consulting, cards and financial advisory, private equity, venture capital, and asset management.
Highest offers made by Accenture Strategy
During the placement process, the recruitment companies got the convenience of conducting the process virtually or physically. A large pool recruiters, with 38 firms participated in the first cluster of IIM-A PGP Final Placement 2024.
During the process, Accenture Strategy emerged as the highest recruiter with 25 offers. Prominent recruiters in consulting included regular recruiters such as Oliver Wyman, BCG, McKinsey, Kearney, Strategy& Middle East, Monitor Deloitte, Simon-Kucher, Praxis Global Alliance, PwC, TCS and KPMG.
Prominent recruiters in the Investment Banking and Markets space included Goldman Sachs, Avendus Capital, Arpwood Capital, Barclays, HSBC and DE Shaw. In the PE and VC domain, we saw the participation of firms like Premji Invest, Elevation Capital, Arga Investment, and American Express rolling out the maximum offers in the cards and financial advisory cohort. Elevation Capital came across as the recruiter paying the highest package to its recruits.
IIM-A Final Placement 2024 Cluster 2 and 3
While Cluster 1 has concluded, the management institute is prepping to conduct Cluster 2 and 3 for PGP final placement 2024. According to the official statement released by the institute, Clusters 2 and 3 will be conducted on February 9 and 12 February, 2024.
