IIM Bihar admission criteria for PGP batch 2015 announced

The admission criteria for Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bihar’s first Post Graduate Program (PGP) batch 2015-17 has been announced by mentor institute IIM Calcutta.

Candidates need to reconfirm their interest for candidature for admission for IIM Bihar (also known as IIM Bodh Gaya) by June 28, 2015.

According to information on IIM Calcutta’s website, IIM Bihar is expected to start its first academic session for the two-year PGP in August 2015. Candidates who applied to IIM Bihar at the time of CAT 2014 registration need to reconfirm their interest, provided they meet the admissions requirements. Aspirants will also receive an email from IIM Calcutta which will contain the web-link for confirming interest.

The minimum percentile requirements under eligibility criteria for IIM Bihar is as follows:

Candidates securing the minimum percentile mentioned above will be considered for the next round of admission process at IIM Bihar. 

"Interested candidates should reconfirm their interest for candidature for admission to IIM Bihar through a web-link received by an email sent by IIM Calcutta during June 15 - 19, 2015. The last date for reconfirming interest for further consideration of the candidature for IIM Bihar is June 28, 2015," informed a notice on the website.

Other details of admissions process would be announced soon by IIM Calcutta.

As of now, the classes for the first PGP batch of IIM Bihar will be held in the campus of Magadh University in Bodhgaya, Bihar.

Meanwhile, admission process for IIM Nagpur and IIM Sirmaur has already commenced.
