The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Jammu is set to welcome its fourth cohort of students for the Integrated Program in Management (IPM) with a comprehensive three-day Holistic Orientation Program, running from August 22 to 24, 2024. This year's orientation will be conducted in offline mode and aims to immerse new students in the IIM Jammu culture and academic environment.
Orientation Kick-Off and Inaugural Sessions
The Orientation Program will commence each day at 6:00 AM with sessions focused on ‘Maximize Happiness and Mindfulness,’ led by Yoga Guru Mr. Sahil Mehra and coordinated by Team Anandam. These sessions are designed to enhance mental and physical well-being, setting a balanced tone for the upcoming academic journey.
The formal inauguration of the program will be held on August 22, 2024. Dr Milind Kamble, Chairman of the Board of Governors at IIM Jammu, will deliver the inaugural address via online mode, while Prof. B.S. Sahay, Director of IIM Jammu, will provide the welcome address. Additionally, Prof. Jabir Ali, Dean of Academics, will present a session on academic opportunities at IIM Jammu, complemented by various interactive sessions with faculty and staff.
