IIM Lucknow launches Digital Transformation and AI for Business Leaders

The Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIM Lucknow) has launched Digital Transformation and AI for Business Leaders in collaboration with Emeritus. The management institute is set to commence the programme on March 30. The 11-month programme is designed for experienced executives, CXOs, business owners, senior managers, team leaders and entrepreneurs.

The eligibility for this programme includes graduates with a minimum of 10 years and postgraduates with a minimum of eight years of work experience. The fee for this programme is INR 3,84,000 plus applicable taxes. About IIM Lucknow Digital Transformation and AI for Business Leaders

This new programme includes live online sessions conducted by the IIM Lucknow faculty. It also includes a three-day campus immersion for networking with CXO peers, along with a capstone project, business simulations and real-world case studies.

The programme covers key aspects of emerging technologies such as cloud services, low code development, AR VR Metaverse, IoT, digital twin, blockchain and addresses business case and adoption issues.

This programme will also explore AI, disruption, and digital transformation, examining automation versus augmentation, leveraging AI for transformation, and integrating AI into Blue Ocean Strategy. The economics of new business models are explored, focusing on markets, cost structure, scale economies, and multisided platforms, the institute shared in an official release.

What after completion?

Upon successful completion of the programme, participants will be awarded a certificate of completion and will be eligible to receive IIM Lucknow’s Executive Alumni Status which includes various benefits such as executive alumni status, and access to institute’s newsletters, among others.
