IIT Kanpur Invites Application For MBA Program 2024-26, Know Selection Procedure Here

IIT Kanpur has released the application form of MBA program 2024-26 online at pgadmissions.iitk.ac.in. To apply for IIT Kapur MBA, the candidate must have appeared for the CAT 2023. Know important guidelines to fill up the form here 

IIT Kanpur: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur has released the MBA programe admission form. Candidates who have appeared and passed in CAT 2023 can fill up the IIT Kanpur MBA application form online at the official website: pgadmissions.iitk.ac.in. The last date to apply for IIT Kanpur MBA admission is January 31, 2024. 

Those meeting the eligibility requirement can fill up the IIT Kanpur MBA application form. Also, those belonging to General/OBC(NCL)/EWS category have to pay Rs. 2000 whereas SC/ST/DAP (Differently Abled Persons) have to pay Rs. 1000. 

How will candidates be selected for IIT Kanpur MBA Admission 2024-26?

Candidates will be selected based on CAT 2023 percentile. The department will decide the cut-off percentiles for different categories based on the total number of eligible and completed applications received. Overall CAT percentile will be considered for selecting candidates for admission to IIT Kanpur MBA. 

Further, GD/PI assessment will be conducted for the shortlisted candidates. GD panels will evaluate applicant's performance in group discussion.Whereas PI assessment will evaluate candidates’ (a) academic background (b) work experience & (c) performance in the interview using a prior developed scoring matrix. 

The GD and PI assessment panels will have members from Department of Management Sciences, other departments of IIT Kanpur, and experts from outside IIT Kanpur, if necessary. As per the announced date, the admission interview will be held on March 9th, 10th (Bengaluru). Whereas in Noida and Kapur the interview will be conducted on March 15, 16 and 17, 2024.

IIT Kanpur MBA Admission Merit List Preparation

All shortlisted applicants qualifying in sage 3 will be considered for the DoMs IIT Kanpur merit list 2024. The list is prepared for each category based on the aggregate score calculated by adding individual scores of each candidate. Also, the cut offs for different categories will be decided by the admissions committee for MBA 2024 admissions.
