IMA, Symbiosis School of Arts & Commerce Partner for CMA Certification Course

The Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) has teamed up with Symbiosis School of Arts and Commerce to introduce the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification course tailored for commerce graduates. This collaboration aims to expand global career opportunities for students in the commerce field.

MoU Signed to Integrate CMA Certification

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was formalized on Tuesday, August 13, between IMA and Symbiosis. This agreement will see Symbiosis incorporate IMA’s professional certification program into its existing curriculum, providing students with the chance to engage with relevant knowledge from their first year and potentially complete the CMA exam before graduation.

Key Features of the Collaboration

Under the MoU, several key benefits have been outlined:

- Integration of IMA’s certification programs into Symbiosis’ academic curriculum, allowing students to gain CMA credentials alongside their degree.

- Special discounts on membership, exam, training, and study materials fees for Symbiosis students.

- Joint seminars, conferences, and research projects to enhance practical learning and industry exposure.

- Access to an extensive library of research reports, case studies, and online courses for IMA’s academic members.
