K J Somaiya Institute of Management (KJSIM) successfully hosted its annual multi-disciplinary conference, Samavaya 2025. The event, held at the Vidyavihar campus in Mumbai, centered around the theme, ‘Purpose-driven Leadership: Disruptions and Sustainability Imperatives.’ Over the course of three days, the conference brought together eminent academicians, industry professionals, and thought leaders from across the globe to exchange ideas, forge meaningful connections, and explore innovative approaches to leadership and sustainability.

Keynote Address by Dr. Binish Desai – The ‘Recycle Man of India’

A major highlight of the conference was the inspiring keynote address by Dr. Binish Desai, founder of Reeartham, renowned environmentalist, and social activist. Often referred to as the ‘Recycle Man of India,’ Dr. Desai captivated the audience with his journey of transforming industrial waste into eco-friendly products.
