KJ Somaiya MBA Admission 2025: The K J Somaiya Institute of Management (KJSIM) is accepting applications for 2 years MBA programme. Candidates meeting the eligibility requirements can fill up the KJ Somaiya MBA registration 2025 form online by visiting the official website: admissions.somaiya.edu. The last date to complete KJ Somaiya MBA registration 2025 is January 20.
Applicants can apply for both the KJ Somaiya MBA and MBA-HCM programs using a single application form. The KJ Somaiya MBA application fee for these programs is INR 3,000 plus transaction charges. The KJ Somaiya registration fee payment can be made via Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking, and Wallets.
Who are eligible for KJ Somaiya MBA Registrations 2025?
Candidates who are currently pursuing or have completed a minimum three-year graduate program in any discipline with at least 50% aggregate marks from a university recognised by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) or AICTE are eligible to apply for Post Graduate Studies in Management.
Those appearing for their final exams in April-May 2025 are also eligible to apply. However, they must submit proof of having passed the graduation exam with the required aggregate marks by August 31, 2025. Also, they must have valid scores of CAT/XAT/CMAT/GMAT/NMAT.
KJ Somaiya MBA Admission Process 2025
The KJ Somaiya MBA admission process requires candidates to appear for one of the qualifying exams (CAT 2024, XAT 2025, GMAT, NMAT, or CMAT 2025) and subsequently apply to the institute by completing the online application form.
Applicants using NMAT or GMAT scores must select K J Somaiya Institute of Management as one of the designated institutes to receive their scores in the respective NMAT or GMAT application forms.
Also, the GMAT scores from January 1, 2022 to 20, 2025 will be accepted. Applicants must enter their GMAT score either while filling out the application form or by the final submission deadline. For NMAT, only the scores from the first attempt will be considered.

Q: What is the XAT application fee?
The XAT application fee 2025 is INR 2,200. The XAT fee is to be paid online at the time of forms submission. The fee is same for candidates belonging to all categories. Unlike other MBA entrance exams, there is no rebate for Reserved category candidates in XAT. If you select XLRI in the application form for admission, you will have to pay INR 200 additionally.
The fee can be paid via debit/credit card, cash card, mobile wallets, or net-banking. It is mandatory to pay the application fee before deadline for successful registration. Candidates can fill the application form and pay the fee later, however they will need to make the fee payment before the registration deadline so that their form is accepted by the examination authority. Until the fee is paid, the XAT application form will remain pending acceptance. Candidates must note that the registration fee is non-refundable. So, they should fill the form without error, otherwise they will have to fill the form again and pay the fee again.

Yes, GMAT registrations are open between six months to 24 hours before the desired GMAT exam date. Applicants can register for GMAT exam anywhere between this given timeline to appear for GMAT exam. Applicants can also register at the last minute and can register 24 hours before the GMAT exam date as well. Last minute registrations may not leave applicants with nearby centres also for taking the exam if planning to take it at the GMAT exam centre.
