KEA released the Karnataka PGCET information bulletin yesterday, May 28. Application fee for PGCET Karnataka 2024 has been hiked to INR 700. Additionally, the KEA office has confirmed that the Karnataka PGCET exam will be conducted online despite no mention in the information brochure.

Karnataka PGCET Registration Underway; Apply Now for State Level Online MBA Exam

The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) has confirmed that the upcoming Karnataka PGCET 2024 exam will be conducted online. This clarifies earlier uncertainty as the information brochure remained silent on the exam mode.  KEA officials confirmed the online format during a recent phone conversation. Additionally, the revised syllabus also comprises a mention of the online exam mode.

KEA will conduct the Karnataka PGCET 2024 exam on July 13 and 14 across multiple centres in Karnataka. Candidates will have to fill Karnataka PGCET application form to appear for the exam.

The application process for Karnataka PGCET 2024 is ongoing and closes on June 17. Besides the change of the exam mode, the application fee has seen a rise to INR 700 from INR 650 charged last year.  All candidates filling the application form before the last date will get the admit card on July 4.

Documents Required for Karnataka PGCET Registration 2024

Candidates filling the Karnataka PGCET application form must keep the following documents handy before proceeding to register:

  • SSLC / Class 10th marks card (to enter register number and date of birth)
  • 12th / 2nd PUC marks card (in case of previous year students)
  • Reservation certificates to enter RD Number / Caste (Category, Income, Hyderabad-Karnataka (HK) Certificates).
  • Details if studied in Karnataka
  • Degree marks card
  • Degree completion certificate
  • Candidate latest passport size photograph in .jpg format (Max 50 KB size)
  • Candidate signature in .jpg format (Max 50 KB size)
  • Candidate left hand thumb impression in .jpg format (Max 50 KB size)

KEA conducts the Karnataka PGCET exam for multiple courses, including MBA, MCA, MTech, and MArch programmes offered in Karnataka.
