Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has set the last date for PGCET option entry today. Candidates can visit the official website, cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea, to access the PGCET option entry link until 6 PM. Based on the option preferences, and candidate’s rank in Karnataka PGCET exam, KEA will publish a mock allotment result. Karnataka PGCET mock allotment results are to be declared tomorrow after 1 PM. All candidates will be facilitated with a window to edit their options after 2 PM tomorrow. Based on the edited options, KEA will publish the Karnataka PGCET first seat allotment results.

How to Access Karnataka PGCET Option Entry Window?
Candidates can visit the official website (cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea/pgcet24) to access the PGCET option entry window. Accessing the dashboard requires candidates to provide their PGCET number and complete the captcha verification.
KEA has indicated the guidelines to aid the Karnataka PGCET option entry process on the login window. The guidelines state that the option entry dashboard must be viewed in 1024 X 768 or higher screen resolution. Additionally, candidates have been advised to clear their web history or use the incognito mode for the option entry process.
Candidates can choose college and course options without any limit. However, candidates must ensure the order of preference. Once the candidates add the Karnataka PGCET options, they must click the ‘Save & Submit’ button and take a printout for future reference.
Karnataka PGCET Seat Matrix 2024
As per the draft seat matrix, KEA indicated a total vacancy of 49,286 seats across all the courses. MBA had 30,739 seats, while MCA had 12888 seats. However, with the latest release of the PGCET MCA seat matrix for the first admission round, KEA has notified 9165 seats for admissions across the state.
MCA admission will be done by as many as 173 colleges in Karnataka.

Karnataka Examinations Authority publishes the PGCET mock allotment status before commencement of the first seat allotment round.
