The High Court (HC) of Maharashtra has asked the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), state of Maharastra, to stop the current MBA/MMS 2015 admission based on MAH-CET 2015 scores.
Several Public Interest Litigations (PILs) have been filed by MAH CET 2015 test takers over the score calculation (equi-percentile) process adopted by DTE Maharashtra.
The apex body has directed the DTE not to conduct admissions till all writ petitions filed by test takers are resolved. Meanwhile, DTE has postponed the Common Admission Process (CAP) to June 2015.
The MAH CET 2015 exam, held on March 14 and 15, had some serious glitches – both technical and non-technical in nature. More than 57000 students appeared for the exam. The user interface was not up to mark and there were errors in the paper.
DTE admitted to glitches in the paper and decided to change the marking system accordingly. Final marks in each session was as follow:

The HC will hear the PILs tomorrow, on April 15, 2015.
