MAH MBA CET result 2024 can be expected to be released by the last week of March 2024. The examination body does not announce the result date but going by the trend of previous years’ one can expect the result to be declared within 15-20 days.

After the MAH MBA CET 2024 exam, Maharashtra State CET Cell will prepare the result. Candidates who will score more than 0 in the exam, will be eligible for the CAP round or the common counselling for seat allotment in a MBA/MMS college in the state.

The formula for MAH MBA CET Percentile score calculation is:

100 x (No. of candidates in a session with raw score ≤  the candidate’s score)

In MBA CET, every question carries 1 mark. To calculate MAH MBA CET raw score, candidates need to add 1 marks for all correct attempt and 0 for all incorrect attempts. No marks are deducted for unanswered questions. So, if a candidate has got 167 questions correct, his raw score will be 167/200.  

Overall the last session of MAH MBA CET 2024 can be considered easy. There was no change in the sections. LR had 75 questions, AR had 25 questions, VARC and QA has 50 questions each. The LR and AR questions were easy. In VARC, the reading comprehension passages were easy with 3-4 questions each. QA had some calculation based questions but it was overall doable.

Maharashtra State CET Cell does not release the official MBA CET answer keys. The examination body directly releases the exam scorecards. However, several coaching institutes release memory based MBA CET answer keys for test takers to check and assess their performance.

The second session of Day 3 of MAH MBA CET 2024 exam is over. This was the last session of this years exam. As per reports, the second session of today’s exam was similar to first session. Questions appeared section wise and were overall easy.

The overall difficulty level of MAH MBA CET exam this year is can be seen as easy, but the Day 2 sessions were tough. Those who appeared in the Day 2, faced difficult and lengthy questions. Some questions were even taken from CAT.

The session 2 of Day 3 will be of 200 marks, same as other sessions of MAH MBA CET 2024. Section wise marks are as follows:

• Logical Reasoning: 75 marks
• Abstract Reasoning: 25 marks
• Quantitative Aptitude: 50 marks
• Verbal Ability: 50 marks

In the second session of Day 3 of MAH MBA CET exam 2024, Logical Reasoning will have 75 questions, Abstract Reasoning will have 25 questions, Quantitative Aptitude will have 50 questions and VARC will have 50 questions.

Since, there was a major difference in the difficulty level of Day 1, Day 2 and Day 3, the scores are expected to be normalized day wise so that Day 2 candidates who got a tough paper are at a disadvantageous position.

The second session of MAH MBA CET 2024 scheduled today will begin at 2:00 pm. This is the last slot of this year’s exam. Since, the first session was easy, candidates can expect session 2 to be easy aswell.

As per the MAH MBA CET exam analysis 2024 of Day 3, Session 1, the question paper was overall similar to Day 1. Logical Reasoning questions were easy to moderate. Abstract Reasoning was easy. Verbal Ability was dominated by Vocabulary and Quants section had calculation based question.

In the second session MAH MBA CET 2024 will begin at 2:00 pm. The question paper is expected to be of moderate difficulty level. There will be 200 questions presented in sections.

The reporting time for MAH MBA CET 2024 Day 3, Session 2 is 12:30 pm. The test centre gates will open for entry at that time. Candidates who have been allotted second session are required to be at the centre by 12:30 pm.

The first session of the MAH MBA CET 2024 exam on Day 3 is over. The exam was conducted at over 40 cities in Maharashtra and 12 other cities outside the state. The last session of MAH MBA CET 2024 will commence in a few hours from now.   

The first session of Day 3 of MAH MBA CET exam 2024 will end at 11:30 am. Once the exam has concluded Shiksha will share the paper analysis. Second session will be held from 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm.

Today is the third and last day of MAH MBA CET 2024. Two sessions will be held today. The Day 1 sessions of MBA CET 2024 were easy whereas Day 2 sessions were tough. Today's sessions can be moderate, so that normalisation of scores can be done easily. 

The first session of the last day of MAH MBA CET exam 2024 has started, Candidates have to attempt about 200 questions in 2.5 hours. There is no sectional time limit in MAH CET and it is not mandatory to attempt all the questions.

The gates at MAH MBA CET test centres have been closed for entry. The exam will start at 9:00 am and end at 11:30 am. There will be no break in-between.

Candidates must not carry the following items to the MBA CET test centre:

• Phone, watch, headphone, earplug or any electronic item
• Books, note books, loose paper
• Bags/purses and valuables
• Eatables (exemption for diabetic students)
• Accessories or jewelry containing metal

Entry gates have been opened for candidates to enter the test centre. Identification process has commenced. The gate will close by 8:30 am, after which no one will be allowed to enter the venue.

Candidates are supposed to carry 2 copies of their MAH MBA CET admit card 2024 and one photo ID proof – Aadhaar card, PAN card, Voter ID card, Passport, Driving License.

Today is the third and last day of MAH MBA CET exam 2024. The first session of the exam will commence from 9:00 am. Reporting time for this session in 7:30 am.

MAH MBA CET 2024 will be conducted for one more day – March 11. There will be two sessions with same timings and same procedure. First session will be held from 9:00 am to 11:30 am and second session will be held from 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm.

The MAH MBA CET 2024 score normalization process will be followed to ensure that candidates across all sessions are assessed on the same scale. Due to difference in the difficulty level of the exam sessions, one candidate can score more than another. To prevent this imbalance, due to difference in difficulty levels, the raw scores will be normalized for calculating the MAH MBA CET percentile.

Qualifying the MBA CET is not the only criteria for MBA/MMS admission in Maharashtra colleges.  Candidates need to participate in the common counselling process for seat allotment. The common counselling process or MAH CET CAP MBA/MMS will be held in June-July.

The number of MAH MBA CET test takers has exceeded than last year, which is way the examination body had to add one more day for conducting the exam. As per the past years’ records about 50,000 to 70,000 candidates appear for MBA CET.

The Maharashtra State CET Cell does not release official MAH MBA CET answer key and question paper. However, many coaching institutes share memory based answer keys for candidates to assess their performance.

Candidates can calculate their MAH MBA CET 2024 raw score by adding the number of correct attempts. Every question carries one mark, so if a candidate has made 140 correct attempts, their raw score would be 140/200.

The sectional weightage of MBA CET Session 2 (Day 2) was same as Session 1 earlier this morning. Questions appeared section wise:

• Logical Reasoning: 75
• Abstract Reasoning: 25
• Quantitative Aptitude: 50
• Verbal Ability: 50

Due to high difficulty level, the number of good attempts of this session will be around 100.

There were no technical glitches reported on day 2, session 2 either. The exam was conducted smoothly at all test centres.

MAH MBA CET 2024 session 2 of day 2 was tough in terms of difficulty level. The sectional weightage was same as previous sessions, i.e. more questions were asked from Logical Reasoning questions. Quants questions were moderately tough. There were lots of parajumbles and LR questions were based on Quants.

The second session of MAH MBA CET 2024 is now over. The test form of this session was on similar lines as the morning session. There were not many changes.

The first session of today’s exam was tougher than yesterday. Given the pattern, today’s second session can also be expected to be on the tougher side.

• Quantitative Aptitude: Arithmetic, Number System and Modern Math dominated this section.
• Logical Reasoning:  There were no syllogism question. This section had blood relation, Input-output, coding-decoding and other puzzles
• Verbal Ability: There were no Grammar question in today’s exam. There were about 6-7 RC passages.
• Abstract Reasoning: This section had most questions from analogies and series. Most of the questions were doable but some were challenging.

Since MBA CET 2024 is being conducted in multiple sessions, the scores of every candidate will be normalized on the same scale to ensure fairness. The normalized scores will be converted into percentile for result preparation.

The second session today’s MAH MBA CET 2024 has commenced at designated test centres. The first session was tougher than last year. The second session is expected to provide relief to candidates.

The first session of day 2 of MAH MBA CET 2024 was tougher than day 1. The number of good attempts for this session can go as low as 140 marks out of 200.

The entry for session 2 of today’s MAH MBA CET 2024 exam will close at 1:30 pm. After that no one will be allowed to enter the exam until 4:30 pm. The test centres will be blocked for everyone.

The reporting time for session 2 of MAH CET exam is 12:30 pm. Candidates have reached the test centres and entry process has begun. The exam will begin at 2:00 pm.

The first session of day 2 of MAH MBA CET 2024 was conducted successfully. No technical glitch has been reported from any exam centre so far. Last year, disruptions were reported at many test centres.

The question paper of Session 1 of Day 2 can be considered easy to moderate. There were maximum questions from Logical Reasoning. Quantitative Aptitude questions were calculation based and Verbal Ability was a mix of Reading Comprehension and Vocabulary. There were no grammar questions.

The first session of Day 2 of MAH MBA CET 2024 is over now. As per the initial reviews, the question paper was overall easy to moderate. There was no major change in the MAH MBA CET 2024 question paper from Day 1.

First session of Day 2 of MAH MBA CET 2024 exam has commenced. Candidates have to solve 200 questions in 150 minutes. It is not mandatory to solve all the questions thus candidates can pick and choose according to their own exam strategy.

The entry gates have been closed now and no more entry is allowed. The candidates are supposed to take their seat and wait for the test to start. After completing the identification process, candidates should take their seats in the test lab.

Candidates must carry two copies of their MAH MBA CET admit card 2024 and one photo ID card. Candidates can carry Aadhaar card, PAN card, Voter ID card, Passport or Driving License as photo ID card. They must affix a recent passport size photo in the section indicated on MBA CET admit card.

Candidates have started reaching their respective test centres to appear for MAH MBA CET 2024 exam. Entry will be closed at 8:30 am as the exam is scheduled to commence at 9:00 am.

Today is the Day 2 of MAH MBA CET 2024. The exam will be held in 2 sessions at various test centres. The exam is expected have the same pattern and structure as Day 1.

The examination timings, structure and guidelines for day 2 are same as day 1. The exam will have 200 MCQs from Logical Reasoning, Abstract Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude and Verbal Ability. Test duration will be 150 minutes without break or sectional time limit.

About 350 colleges and institutes of Maharashtra accept MAH CET score for MBA/MMS courses. MAH MBA CET participating colleges include:

The difficulty level of MAH MBA CET 2024 exam sessions on Day 2 is expected to be same as Day 1. On, Day 1, the MAH MBA CET 2024 question paper was overall easy.

Tomorrow is the second day of MAH MBA CET exam 2024. The Day 2 of MAH MBA CET 2024 will have 2 sessions and their timings will be same as today – 9 am t0 11:30 am and 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm.

For preparation of MBA CET result the raw scores are normalized across all sessions. The Normalised Score then is converted in to percentile (on a scale of 100 to 0). The MAH MBA CET Percentile Scores will be calculated up to seven decimal places. The formula for Percentile score calculation is:

Maharashtra State CET Cell does not release MBA CET answer key. However, many experts and coaching institutes release unofficial MAH MBA CET 2024 answer key PDFs which are memory-based.

• In LR, questions were asked from blood relation, scheduling, row, syllogism, coding-decoding
• In AR, questions were asked from embedded, pattern completion, mirror images, series
• In Quantitative Aptitude, questions were asked from number series, arithmetic and probability. There were two data interpretation question. One pie chart and one bar graph.

Since the paper was easy, the MAH CET cut offs can rise this year for MBA/MMS courses. Last, year the MAH MBA CET cut off for JBIMS was 99.99 percentile.

• Question number 51-100 was on Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension
• Question number 101-125 was on Analytical Reasoning
• Question number 126-200 was on Logical Reasoning

Unlike last year, no technical glitches were reported from any centre of the MAH MBA CET 2024. Last year, due to technical glitches at several test centres, the exam was to conducted again.

The second session of day 1 of MAH MBA CET 2024 will end at 4:30pm. Tomorrow two sessions will be conducted again for a different lot of applicants.

The total number of questions in MAH MBA CET 2024, session 2, day 1 will be same as session 2, i.e. 200. The sectional break up is also expected to be the same.

There was no deviation from the test structure informed earlier. Every section had the same number of questions as shared in the MBA/MMS brochure.

VARC section was a little tough. Only 2 RCs were there but they were long. Questions were easy. Vocabulary was on the tougher side. There was no para-jumble question this year.

Many questions were direct calculation questions. About 2 questions each were asked from Averages, Percentages, Ratio, Profit & Loss, SI-CI, TSD. There were 2 DI sets. One was based on pie chart and one was based on bar graph.

Overall, Quants section was a lengthy and calculation intensive.

LR sections was easy. More stand-alone questions. Only 2 puzzles. Many questions were of alphabetical series. There were 5-6 questions on direction. Syllogism questions were slightly tough. Abstract questions were easy.

Candidates have started to assemble for the second session of MAH MBA CET 2024 at the test centres. Entry to the exam hall will begin at 1:00 pm and the exam will begin at 2:00 pm.  

As per initial reports, Quantitative Ability questions were moderate. The Logical Reasoning questions were also moderate but 2 sets were difficult. The Verbal Ability section was easy. Overall, the MAH MBA CET exam 2024 for Day 1, Session 1 was moderate.

Every question carries 1 mark. Here’s section wise marking scheme:
