NIT Calicut MBA Admission 2024 deadline approaching; Apply by March 31

Interested candidates may apply online for NIT Calicut MBA Admission 2024 at https://dss.nitc.ac.in/somsapp/soms/login.aspx by March 31, 2024.

NIT Calicut MBA Admission 2024: National Institute of Technology (NIT) Calicut, Department of Management Studies (DMS) is inviting applications for admissions to Two-Year Full-Time Master of Business Administration (MBA) Programme 2024-26 under Regular-CAT/Industry-sponsored streams. The total intake of regular students for the year 2024-25 would be 75. Distribution of seats will be: OC – 28, OBCNCL- 19, SC – 10, ST – 6, EWS – 8, PWD – 4. Interested candidates may apply online for NIT Calicut MBA Admission 2024 at https://dss.nitc.ac.in/somsapp/soms/login.aspx by March 31, 2024.

GD/PI Short-listed candidate list will be published on April 15, 2024. The selection process will be held between April 25 and May 10, 2024. The final result of selection will be published on May 15, 2024 and admissions will be during May 20-31, 2024.

Who can apply?

Candidates applying for NIT Calicut MBA (Regular-CAT) must have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or Institution with an aggregate minimum 60% marks (or CGPA 6.0/10) for GEN/GEN-EWS/OBC-NCL and 55% marks (or CGPA 5.5/10) for SC/ST/PwD. They should have a valid score at the Common Admission Test (CAT) conducted by IIMs in 2023. The selection will be based on CAT score and the personal interview conducted by DMS.

MBA (Industry sponsored) applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or Institution with an aggregate minimum 60% marks (or CGPA 6.0/10) for GEN/GEN-EWS/OBC and 55% marks (or CGPA 5.5/10) for SC/ST/PwD. In addition, applicants should have a minimum of 2 years of continuous industrial/ research experience in the relevant organizations at the time of submitting application under the industry sponsored category. Admission in this stream will be based on a written test and/or Interview conducted by DMS. The total number of available seats under this category is five.

NIT Calicut MBA Admission 2024 Application Fee

No application is accepted without the application fee. NIT Calicut MBA admission 2024 Application fee is INR 1000/- for OPEN/OBC/EWS/PwD candidates and INR 500/- for SC/ST candidates to be paid through State Bank Collect (online), using Net Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card.
