TANCET Counselling Schedule Revised! Rank List on September 25

TANCET counselling for MBA and MCA admissions started on August 11. Candidates who qualified the TANCET exam were able to complete the counselling registration until August 31. The registration process required candidates to upload certificates. The delay caused in the TANCET document verification has led to a revision of the TANCET counselling schedule. Earlier, the TANCET rank list depicting the candidates eligible for the counselling process was to release on September 13. However, the release of the TANCET rank list has been postponed to September 25. Besides the rank list release date, dates for other events included in the TANCET counselling process have also been postponed.

Revised TANCET Counselling Schedule

The document verification process after the registration took more time than expected. Thus, counselling authorities had to revise the entire counselling schedule. After the release of the TANCET rank list on September 25, the authorities will start counselling for the differently-abled candidates on October 1.

Payment and choice filling which was scheduled to be administered from September 22 to 24 will now be held from October 9 to October 11. Authorities will publish the tentative allotment list on October 12 and it will be confirmed on October 13. Earlier, the release of the tentative allotment and its confirmation was expected on September 25 and September 26 respectively.

The provisional allotment list for TANCET 2021 will release on October 14; followed by the administration of supplementary counselling round and SCA to SC counselling round on October 18 and October 20 respectively.

TANCET Counselling Process

In spite of the TANCET counselling schedule revision, the counselling process remains the same. Irrespective of the difficulties encountered during the document verification process, the authorities have decided to follow the process earlier specified.
