The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) had previously finalised June 4 and 5 as TS ICET 2024 exam dates. However, in light of the recently announced 18th Lok Sabha Election dates, there is a possibility that the scheduled dates for TS ICET 2024 might undergo alterations.
TS ICET 2024 Exam Date Likely to Shift Due to Lok Sabha Polls
Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) has scheduled to conduct the TS ICET 2024 exam on June 4 and 5. TSCHE released the TS ICET exam dates in February. Back then, the Election Commission hadn’t notified the Lok Sabha Election dates. With the recent announcement of the 18th Lok Sabha Election dates, there is speculation that the TS ICET exam dates might change. The Election Commission has set the last phase of the Indian General Elections for June 1.
The Election Commission has set the counting of votes for June 4, coinciding with the first day of the TS ICET exam. This could lead to disruptions in public transportation due to potential victory rallies, impacting candidates appearing for the exam. Therefore, TSCHE may change the TS ICET exam schedule.
TSCHE is yet to confirm any modification to the TS ICET 2024 exam date. Candidates will find updates on the TS ICET exam date change on the official website, icet.tsche.ac.in.
Registrations for TS ICET 2024 are currently ongoing and will conclude on May 27, with a provision for late fee payment. Applicants who complete their registration by April 30 can submit the form without incurring any late fees. The issuance of TS ICET 2024 hall tickets is scheduled for May 28.
