This is critical, because candidates must have a prior awareness and practice of the online test beforehand to minimise wastage of time during the XAT 2023 exam. The XAT mock test 2023 will also explain to the candidate the structure of test and its navigation.
Revise Important Topics and Formulae
In the last few days, don’t push yourself to study hard. Now is the time to study smart. Focus on key areas like revision and practice. Spend 2-3 hours daily on revision of important topic, concepts and formulae in the next 10 days. Also continue to solve sample questions of important topics.
Clear Confusions Related to Topics
If you have some confusions remaining in certain topics, reach out to your mentor or friends to get it cleared. Having peers who are preparing for the exam is important for such sessions of discussion and problem solving, ahead of the exam.
Focus on Topics of High Weightage in XAT
It is understandable that it is not possible for any candidate to attempt all 100 questions of XAT paper. So, focus on the topics that carry maximum weightage in the exam so that you can attempt maximum questions correctly. In Quants section, maximum questions are asked from Number System, Algebra and Geometry so focus on these topics. Similarly, in VALR section, give final touch to your RC preparation. Go through previous year XAT question papers to see what type of Decision Making questions are asked and how to solve them.
Check out XAT Cut Offs of Various B-Schools
Amid XAT 2023 preparation, take time to also check out cut offs of previous years for XLRI and other MBA colleges. Then, make an exam strategy according to that. Meaning, make a strategy in which you know how many questions to solve to reach the target XAT percentile.
Download XAT Admit Card and Arrange Important Documents
This is an important activity that you should not leave for the last minute. Download your XAT 2023 admit card and take out two colour printouts. Affix your photo on both and fill the COVID1-19 self-declaration. Secondly, keep your photo ID card safe.
