XLRI 22nd Convocation Ceremony 2024

XLRI 22nd Convocation Ceremony: XLRI Jamshedpur successfully conducted the 22nd convocation ceremony for the Virtual Interactive Learning and Corporate Programs. During the ceremony, the management institute conferred a total of 233 students from the Virtual Interactive Learning Program and 109 students from the Corporate Program received their certificates.

Top Performer Award

The convocation ceremony also recognized the top performers in the Corporate and Virtual Learning Programs. In the Corporate Program, the first place was awarded to Sachin Kumar Sharma (EDHRM 2023-24), Ajay Anandan S R (PGCHRM 2022-24, Accenture), and Prashant UK. Nair (PGCGM 2022-24, PwC).

The Virtual Learning Program’s top performers included Sumit Kumar Brijwani (PGCBM – Post Graduate Certificate in Business Management), Upasana Bose (PGCHRM – Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management), and Rajesh Pathak (PGCSL – Post Graduate Certificate in Senior Leadership).

Rajeev Dubey, Chairman of Mahindra Insurance Brokers, Mahindra First Choice Wheels, Mahindra Steel Service Center, and a member of the Governing Body of IOL Geneva, graced the occasion as the chief guest.

Director Father S. George SJ addressed the gathering, urging the students to be fearless in their endeavors.

While addressing the students, Rajeev Dubey shared his formula for success in life, which he termed as "three plus five (3+5)." He offered three tips to corporate leaders: never accept any limits, follow alternative thinking approaches, and always bring positive changes in life.

Additionally, he emphasized the importance of a completely new mind, multiplication of enthusiasm and energy, management of fear or defeat, taking defeat positively, and trust as five essential behaviors that every leader should adopt

Dubey also shared his life’s mantra, "Truth, Love, and Service," which he defined as the spirit of truth, compassion, and service.

The convocation ceremony marked the culmination of the students’ hard work and dedication in their respective programs, as they received their well-deserved certificates and recognition for their achievements.
