AIIMS Bhopal to hold 2nd Convocation on April 2

The second convocation of AIIMS Bhopal will be held on April 2, 2023. There will be a full dress rehearsal for all participating students on March 31 and April 1. AIIMS has started the registration process for convocation on March 31, 2023 at 9 am and onwards. Read here for more details.

All India Institute Of Medical Science (AIIMS) Bhopal is all set to hold its second convocation on April 2, 2023.

"You are cordially invited to attend the 2nd convocation of AIIMS Bhopal on 02nd April, 2023, at 09:00 AM onward. All participants shall report dated 31st March, 2023 to participate in the convocation," reads the official notification.

There is a full dress rehearsal for all participating students on March 31, 2023, and April 1, 2023. The parent may be accommodated in LT3 & LT4 for online Live streaming of convocation based on seat availability as confirmation for student participation is high, added AIIMS Bhopal statement. 

MD/MS; DM/M.Ch January 2020 Batches and onward batches shall ignore the convocation invitation if registered or communicated previously.

Registration started for convocation dated March 31, 2023, from 9 am onward. As per the official release, Prof. Balakrishnan S Dean of Student Welfare is handling the registration process and collection of degree post convocation will be done by Dr Manmohan Patel Associate Dean of Student Welfare. Prof. Arun Mahadeo Kokane HoD, CFM will handle the collection of robes for dress rehearsal and coordinate with the vendor for security deposits for the robe. Seating arrangements of students & parents in the auditorium will be arranged by Prof. Bertha AD Rathinam HoD, Anatomy.
